I have accumulated extensive experience working for a company that specialized in the professional production, management, and sale of bedding fabrics and products. Our clientele included a diverse range of online and offline stores as well as department stores operating in the domestic market. In my role, I oversaw the entire production line, managing everything from fabric production to quality control and the manufacturing of finished products, thereby acquiring a wealth of expertise.Drawing on the company's profound know-how, I established collaborations with several highly skilled factories in Daegu, the focal point of the domestic textile industry. Together, we produced and marketed high-quality fabrics, focusing on advanced dyeing and processing methods during my tenure.Post the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and recognizing the saturation of the domestic market, there emerged a growing need for export opportunities. To address this, I actively engaged with international buyers through events such as PID, PIS, LAS VEGAS MARKET, and STUDIO ARTE. However, the absence of a company website and delays in updating electronic catalogs posed obstacles to seamless communication with potential buyers.Despite amassing diverse expertise, the conventional methods in place hindered efficient quality control. Seeking to transcend these limitations and aiming for a global sales expansion, I decided to apply for a support program to kickstart online business and marketing initiatives.Currently, our focus includes promoting cooling fabric products as flagship items, particularly during the summer season. The company is in the process of preparing to launch an online store, producing finished products such as pads and quilts. Recognizing a lack of expertise in the initial setup of the store, keyword management, and data collection and management, I applied for the support program. The goal is to gain comprehensive knowledge about operating an online store and to explore international export opportunities beyond the domestic market.
